Her artistic style intertwines traditional techniques with newer digital techniques, allowing her world to stand out and engage audiences both old and young. Leonie Briggs, ~Miss Muca

Other than a GCSE in art I am completely self taught and rely on natural abilities and a constant air of trial and error! Despite a shaky start in my artistic lifestyle, I have always, in some form or another, been creating artwork. Art has turned into something I would like to live my whole around and fully devote myself to. My day to day driving force is the hope that one day I can live my life barefooted, covered in paint and surrounded by canvases.
I mainly take my inspiration from all things geeky. Films, books, TV, fantasy, horror, scifi. My number one interest is creating ink portraits of my favourite movie characters. But I can also focus my attentions on pencil portraits and acrylic paintings.
I love the feel of paint, the more I get on my bare skin, the better!!

Mark Bickley Illustration

I live in Birmingham in the U.K and since I was old enough to hold a pencil in my hand I have always been drawing something. I finished College many years ago with an HNC in Graphic Design but it was illustration that I wanted to concentrate my time on. From children's book illustration to Comic books and Graphic Novels I've experimented with many different styles, but it wasn't until a friend asked me to draw him a picture of Morrissey that I really started to draw portraits. I've now embarked on hand drawing a series of portraits using mainly markers of famous people and characters from Film, TV and the Music industries which I've been doing for last four years now.

Started by designing pins for friends, then one day figured why not shoot some designs to my favorite artist, Mega Ran. I didn't expect anything but no response, but he actually got back to me and was down to work together! So we worked out some designs and they're still selling on his site today. I got a boost of interest and confidence from just being associated with him, and it kinda exploded from there into pins & sprites for many nerd core artists, including Alpha Riff, Mr.Wilson, K-Murdock, MaNiC, Mr.Miranda, Raisi K, Sulfur, K-Hill, Vandal, and others due to the Digital Champions project. I'm very happy to be a part of the scene, and it's gone too far for me to back out now, so why stop??
